Consume more Water rich Foods
As we told above in Summer due to Sweating our body losses water percentage. Normally during the mid of April to end of May due to excess heat our body unable to balance PH level. In this case to keep balance intake of water rich foods are the best way. Drink fruit juice, milk and minimum 8 to 10 glasses of water per day.
