Parwal Vegetable Korma Ingredients
- PARVAL ½ kilo
- Mustard Oil
- Cashew
- Tomatoes
- Turmeric Powder & Salt as required
- Kitchen king Masala
- Onion, Ginger & Garlics
- Red Chillies
- Kasturi Methi
How to prepare Masala?
In mixer add Onion, Garlic, Ginger & Red Chillies. Grind it properly. Keep this mixer gravy. Once it is done keep this masala in a pot. Switch off the mixer & wash it well.
Steps to Cook Parwal korma recipe
Cut 2 more onions in small pieces. Cut Parwal in 4 pieces just like a flower.
Switch on the Gas. Take a pan. Put some mustard oil. Heat the oil & start frying Parwal until it looks just brown. When Parwal fried properly keep it in a plate.
Put another Pan, Add some mustard oil. Fry the cutted onion pieces. When it looks brown add the masala paste. Fry up-to 10 to 15 minutes. Then add some turmeric powder and salt as required. Fry well. Add tomato after 10 minute, when tomatoes get mixed properly with masala add 2 spoons kitchen king masala. Fry well until the smell of raw masala gone. Now put the fried Parwal in masala mix. Fry well. After 10 minutes. Add some cashew powder with fried Parwal. To boil well add a little water, keep it in pressure and boil up-to 10 minutes on slow gas. Then switch off the gas and bring your Parwal korma to a plate. Add some Kasturi Methi on the top. Now your dish is ready to serve.
Eat Parwal korma with butter naan or water rice.
