- 500 gram Rice
- 5 Egg’s
- 3 medium size Potatoes
- 6 Chillies
- 4 pieces Cinnamon
- 4 Cardamoms
- 6 Cloves
- 4 medium size Onions
- 6 pieces Garlic Cloves
- 1 inch Ginger
- 6 black peppers
- 4 Spoons Ghee
- 1 Cup refined Oil
- 2 Bay Leafs
Steps to prepare Egg Biryani Recipe
Cook the rice well. Boil eggs and potatoes. From boiled potatoes remove the thin upper brown skin. Then using a knife cut all the potatoes into 2 pieces each. Take 2 onions, ginger and Chillies. Grind it to the shape of paste. This is called Masala.
In an another Mixer Jar take Cinnamon’s, Cardamom’s, Clove’s and black pepper. Grind it well like powder.
Switch on the Gas. Put a pan with refined Oil. Fry the 2 chopped onions well and keep it in a bowl. Then in the same pan using the existing refined Oil fry egg’s and boiled potatoes pieces. When the upper surface of egg’s and potatoes will look partially brown add Masala paste. Keep frying. Mix all well. Don’t add water.
Put another pan. Take some Ghee and start frying rice. While frying mix the powder of Cinnamon’s, Cardamom’s, Clove’s and black pepper with rice. Now take one big bowl with wide face. Keep fried masala rice in-side. On that as a second layer keep egg’s and potatoes fry. Then add some more masala rice on it. Cover the bowl and for slow cook the bowl in low flame for 5 minutes.
