  • Corn Flour
  • Onions
  • Garlics
  • Green Chillies
  • Garlic & Ginger paste
  • Capsicum
  • Cooking Oil
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Soya, Chilli & Tomato Sauce
  • Salt as required

Cooking Tips for Chilli Paneer Recipe

Wash the knife well. Cut Paneer in to small size (2cm x 2cm) pieces. Wash fresh Capsicums & Cut it into pieces. Prepare Chopped Onion. Cut Green Chillies in v shape. Cut Garlics in to small circular pieces.

Switch on the Gas. Put a Pan. Add some Oil. When Oil get heat put Green Chillies. Add Chopped Onion & Garlic. Fry it for 2 to 3 minutes. Add Capsicum pieces with punch of turmeric powder & Salt as required. Mix it well. Now add Garlic & Ginger paste (2 spoons only). After 10 minutes when the mixer get cooked well add Paneer pieces, 2 spoons tomato Sauce, 2 spoons Chilli Sauce & 1 spoon Soya Sauce. Mix it fine. For gravy look add some Corn Flour with little water. Cook well.

Take it a plate. Add some Chopped Coriander leaves on it. Now your Chilli Paneer recipe is ready to Serve. Serve it with hot & soft Butter Naan.
