Cooking Tips to Cook awesome Palak Mushroom recipe

  • Chopped Palak
  • Green Chillies
  • Ginger & Garlics
  • Fresh Button Mushrooms
  • Tomatoes
  • Onions
  • Desi GHEE
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Red Chilly Powder
  • Wheat Flour
  • Salt as required
  • Black Cardamon
  • Cinnamon
  • Cloves

Steps to prepare Palak Mushroom

Blanch the palak first. Drain and blend the palak with green chili, ginger & garlic till smooth. Switch on the Gas. Heat the Oil. Fry whole the Spices. After some 5 to 7 minutes add Onion, Garlic & Tomato pieces. Fry well until Onion looks light brown. Now add mushroom, few turmeric powder & Garam masala. Add palak puree and stir for 2 to 3 minutes. Add some water & salt as required.

If you want to prepare Gravy Palak Mushroom recipe, after 2 to 3 minutes add some wheat flour to make the dish more gravy. Cook it well until it look gravy. Once it is cooked well your dish palak mushroom is ready to serve. Serve it with soft butter naan.
