  • 500 gram Mushroom
  • 4 to 5 Onions
  • 2 Garlic’s
  • 50 gram Ginger
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Salt as Required
  • Refined Oil
  • Red Chilly Powder
  • Dhania Powder
  • Coriander Leaves
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • Cloves & Cardamoms
  • Cashew Nuts

Cooking tips to prepare Mushroom Curry

Cut the Mushroom into 2 pieces. Wash it well. Switch on the gas & put the pan with Refined Oil. When Oil get heat start frying Mushroom. When it will look brown keep it in a plate.

Put an another Pan on Gas. Add some refined Oil. Start frying Chopped Onion. After 5 minutes when Onions will look brown add 3 spoons garlic & ginger paste. Fry more 10 minutes. Now add chopped tomato. Keep frying. After 5 minutes add Dhania, Chilly & Turmeric Powder with Salt as required. Mix it well. Then add fried Mushroom into the masala. Add some 2 cup water and wait up-to it boil well.

Take some Cashew nuts in mixer & prepare a Cashew paste. Add this paste in fried Mushroom Masala. Keep boiling until it look gravy. Now your recipe is ready. Take it in a plate add some chopped coriander leaves. Server to your friends & family.
