Veg Manchurian is a Delicious Chinese recipe. Specially in China & India this recipe is well popular. Nearly in 80% restaurants you can get this recipe. Generally we like to eat Veg Manchurian with butter naan, paratha & chapati. After a party-time many House wife’s are looking to prepare Veg Manchurian at their home. For them in this article I am sharing the steps “How to prepare Chinese Veg Manchurian Recipe?”.


  • Carrot, Cabbage & Chopped Capsicum.
  • Flour (Maida) & Corn Flour.
  • Chopped Green Chilli.
  • Turmeric Powder, Chilly Powder & Pepper Powder.
  • Salt as required.
  • Chopped Onion & Garlic.
  • Cooking Oil.
  • Soya, Chilly & Tomato Sauce.
  • Ginger & Garlic paste.

Cooking Tips for Veg Manchurian Recipe

Take a bowl with some flour. Put Chopped Cabbage, Carrot & Green Chilly. Add some corn flour & salt as required. Put some little turmeric powder. Mix it properly. Prepare small round shaped balls. Keep it in a Plate.

Switch on the Gas. Put pan with Cooking Oil. When Oil get heat fry the above balls. When it will look light brown keep it in a plate.

Put one more pan. Add some Cooking Oil. Cut Green Chillies in v shape. Start frying chopped green chillies. After a while put Chopped Onion & Garlic. Then put Chopped Capsicums. Fry it for 2 to 3 minutes & add 2 spoons ginger & garlic paste. Fry for more 5 minutes. Now put the small balls (Manchurian). Fry it well. Add Soya, Chilli & Tomato Sauce. After 10 minutes for good smell add some Chopped Coriander leaves & black Pepper powder.

Your Veg Manchurian is ready. Serve it to your family & friends.
