In this session let me share the cooking tips to prepare Chhena Poda recipe in pressure cooker.

Cooking tips for Chhena Poda Recipe

Take Chhena in a bowl. Filter it & remove water from Chhena. Add milk in this. Mix it well. Make it gravy. Grind Cashew in-to small pieces. Put this in Chhena Mixer. Add Kismis, 5 to 6 spoons Amul, Cardamom powder & punch of baking powder. Mix brown Sugar in it. Now your Chhena Poda mixer is ready. Take one more bowl. Put some Ghee in it. Then add the Mixer in bowl.

Now put a pressure cooker in Gas. Stay for 2 to 3 minutes. Then keep a metal plate in pressure cooker. Above that keep the mixer with bowl. Wait until the upper surface looks dark brown. Once it is done remove this from pressure cooker & keep it in room temperature. Later put it in Freeze for 1 to 2 hours. Now your Chhena Poda recipe is ready. Serve this to your family & friends.
