NMAT by GMAC 2018 has begun from October 4; will Continue until December 17

NMAT (Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Management Aptitude Test) is a computer-based entrance exam conducted by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). Students who would like to get an admission in NMIMS University and other B-schools should attend this entrance exam. Students should apply and pay the entrance exam fees on or before the last date. NMAT Application Form was available from July 3 to October 4. GMAC has conducted a 75-day test window from October 4 to December 17.

How to Apply?

Before applying for NMAT entrance exam, students have to check the eligibility criteria created by the GMAC. The application form is available now. Candidates who would like to apply for this entrance exam have to follow the given steps:

  • Visit the official website of NMAT.
  • Click “Register Now” button for the registration process.
  • Register With dialog box will appear.
  • Select any one shown in the dialog box based on our circumstances.
  • If you select to register with email fill all the information shown in the new page such as first name, last name, phone number, password, etc.
  • Read all the terms and conditions before clicking the register button.
  • After filling, click the “Register” button for registration.
  • You will get an acknowledgment of registering, username, and password to your email accounts.
  • NMAT account will be created based on the details that you have given. You can check for all the other details on your dashboard.
  • Log in with your username and password to know other details of NMAT.
  • Provide all your educational, professional, and personal details.
  • Provide the ID details that you will take to the test center.
  • Choose the school in the school preferences section.
  • Upload your recent picture which will be included on your admit card.
  • Pay the registration fees.

Note: You should register and pay the registration fees on or before the deadline prepared by the GMAC.

Test Fees

Applicants can pay their fees through mobile wallets, Visa, Net banking, Master Card, Diners Club, Debit card, American Express, etc.

Retake

Students who were failed in the first attempt of NMAT exam, can also retake another two attempts to attend this exam. Students should apply for this exam using their NMAT account dashboard. They should apply 15 days before the exam date and will get all the updates of NMAT through their account. They have to pay the registration fees before the deadline created by the GMAC.

Reschedule

Students can reschedule their test dates if they could not attend on their scheduled exam date. They can reschedule the dates on or before 72 hours prior to your test date. Students have to pay INR 1100 including taxes for rescheduling their exam dates (only credit card is applicable for the payment).

Admit Card

NMAT Admit card will be available from October 4, 2018 to December 17, 2018. It will be released by the GMAC. NMAT admit card contains all your registration details you’re your passport sized photograph. It is the required document you should carry for entering the exam hall. NMAT Admit card will be generated when you have completed the registration and payment. You can download your admit card through NMAT account that you have created while registration process.

Instructions

  • Candidates must carry the NMAT admit card and printout of confirmation mail to the exam centre otherwise they will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.
  • Submit Photo ID to the exam Center
  • For disabled candidates, submit other required medical documents

  • PAN Card (issued by the Government of India)
  • Driving License and Voter’s ID card
