Sleeping Tips for Teenagers

Getting enough sleep is really important for teenagers. Good sleep helps your body and mind stay healthy so you can do well in school sports and just enjoy life. First try to stick to a regular bedtime. Going to bed at the same time each night helps set your body’s internal clock. This means you’ll feel sleepy at the right time and wake up feeling more rested. Aim for around 8 to 10 hours of sleep each night. Make sure your room is dark quiet and a little cool. You can use blackout curtains to block out light and a fan or white noise machine to drown out any annoying sounds. Also make your bed cozy with soft pillows and blankets.
