What are the related latest skills he/she can trend for better business needs. If required go for One-to-One meetings with you resources. If you are taking part in resource allocation, you need to match your resources skills with client technologies before sharing the resource to the floor. Make sure to whom you assign to which project he or she need to work good.

Here looking into the app you need to choose such a Career profile which can fit the requirment. If required take internal interview to check the resources. Finally if the problem is not able to shut out find best alternatives. Don’t leave the team to suffer without you.

While solving a problem be active. First closely Identify the problem then do a deep analysis. Check several factors which affects your business. Generate a list of possible solutions. Finally Implement the solution. Give priority to testing phases.
