- Coriander Leaves
- Cooking Oil
- Green Chillies

Tips to prepare Egg fried Rice recipe
Break the eggs & keep in a bowl. Wash Basumati Rice well. Switch on the Gas. Put a bowl. Cook the rice. Put an another pan. Add some Cooking Oil. When Oil get heat put jeera, Chopped Onion & green chillies. Then add egg. Keep frying. Put some Salt. When the egg pieces will look light brown add boiled rice. Mix it well & keep frying for 10 to 12 minutes. When it cooked well take it in a plate. Add some chopped coriander leaves on it. Now your dish is ready to Serve.
