Ingredients

  • 250 gram Sago
  • 2 potato’s
  • Ground nuts
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Refined Oil
  • Green Chilly
  • Fresh Coconuts
  • Desi Ghee
  • Salt as required

Steps to prepare Sabudana khichdi recipe

Before 2 hours keep Sabudana in a bowl with water.

Switch on the Gas. Put a Pan. Start frying dry Ground nuts. After 10 minutes bring this fried Ground nuts into a mixer. Grind it well like powder.

Put one more pan. Add some refined oil. Put Chopped Green Chillies & Ground nut powders. Fry it until it looks brown. Add Salt as required. Leave it for 2 to 3 minutes. Now Add Sabudana. Mix it well. In between Boil potato’s & cut it into small pieces. Add this with fried Sabudana. Rub the Coconuts and mix this with Sabudana khichdi. At-last add Ghee into this for good smell. On the top add some Coriander leaves. With this your Sago Dana Khichidi is ready. Serve it to your family & friends.
