- Black & Big Brinjal (Baingan)
- Mustard Oil
- Green Peas
- Salt as required
- Chopped Garlic’s & Onions
- Green Chillies
- Dhania Powder
- Turmeric Powder & Chilly Powder
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Ground Nuts
- Coriander Leaves
- Cumin & Mustard Seeds
Steps to prepare Baingan Bharta
Cut the Baingan into 4 disjoint pieces. Massage mustard oil on Baingan & burn it on low flame. When the Baingan cooked properly wash it to remove burned black skin. In a plate keep the clean Baingan fry.
Switch on the gas. Put a pan with mustard oil. When oil get heat put Cumin & Mustard Seeds. Add Green Chillies & Chopped Garlic’s & Onions. Fry this well until it looks light brown.
Then add Chopped Tomatoes & Green Peas. Leave for 2 to 3 minutes and add Turmeric Powder & Salt as required. Mix it well.
For better smell add 1 tab spoon Dhania powder. Half spoon chilly powder. After 5 minutes put the fried Baingan in masala mix. Mix all properly. Grind the ground nuts well & mix it with the dish. Finally add some chopped Coriander Leaves.
Now your Baingan Bharta is ready. Serve it to your family & friends.
