Cooking Tips for Healthy boneless Chicken Breast Recipes

In many Sunday from many families we got the smell of Chicken Recipe. Many of you are expert to prepare Chicken Breast Recipes. In this recent weekend my wife is out of station for 3 to 4 days. In between this Sunday I invited few of my office friends for a nice party. We decided to prepare Chicken with beer & naan. But who will prepare. All of us is new to Chicken Recipes. Finally, I decided to do start with boneless Chicken Breast Recipes. Dialed my wife’s number and she started instructed me as follows.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • Mustard Oil
  • 7 to 8 Onions of Mid-size
  • 4 Garlic’s for Masala Mixer
  • 3 to 4 potato’s
  • 4 to 5 Green Chillies
  • 4 to 5 red Chilies
  • 50gm Ginger
  • Garam Masala
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Elaichi & Cloves Leaves
  • Coriander Leaves

Wash the raw Chicken properly & add some mustard oil & turmeric powder in it. Mix it with raw Chicken. Keep it for more than 10 to 20 minutes.

Steps to Cook boneless Chicken Breast Recipes

Switch on the gas. Put Kadai, add some Mustard Oil. In between the oil get hot cut potatoes into ½ inches small pieces. Wash it clean and put in boiled oil. Start fry it until it well fried. Finally it will look little reddish in color. Now keep this potatoes out from Kadai & keep in a plate.

Let us start preparing Chicken masala. In mixer put 2 garlic’s, 2 onions, 2 red chillies, few ginger pieces and grind this properly. The mixture will look gravy & smell hard. This is called masala for the Curry. Keep it in a pot we will add this to Curry later.

Put a fresh Kadai in Gas. Add some mustard oil. Once the oil start boiling add some little sugar in this. Wait up-to 2 to 3 minutes, once the sugar look red in color & float in the oil put 2 to 3 Cloves Leaves. Now add 2 cutted onion pieces in this. Start frying. After some 5 to 7 minutes add the above masala on it. Add some salts, little Turmeric Powder & Red Chilly Powder. Fry it well until the raw smell of masala gone. Once masala is done add chicken pieces to the frayed masala and mix this well. Leave for 5 minutes & add the fried potatoes pieces with Chicken & Masala. Mix this all & Add some water in it. let it Boil hard. Leave it in this situation for 20 to 25 minutes. Then add 2 spoons Chicken Masala powder and a little Garam Masala powder. Wait until the Chicken pieces boiled properly.

When the Curry boiled well and looks gravy, take this into a pot. Add some onion pieces, 2 to 3 Green chillies & coriander leaves on this. Now your Curry is ready to serve.
