  • Carrots
  • Cauliflower
  • French beans
  • Green peas
  • Pannier
  • Turmeric Powder & Salt as required
  • Dhania Powder
  • Chilly Powder
  • Refined Oil
  • Cashew Nuts
  • Green Chilly
  • Onions
  • Garlics & Gingers paste
  • Coriander leaves
  • Caedmon

Steps to prepare restaurant style Mix Veg Recipe

Cut Carrot, Cauliflower & French beans into small pieces (½ cm each). Extract Green pea seeds. Switch on the gas put a pan. Add some more refined Oil. Fry the small pieces of Carrot, Cauliflower & French beans with pea seeds. When the vegetables get well fried keep it in a plate.

Put one more pan on Gas. Add some refined oil. When oil get heat put Green Chilly, Caedmon & Chopped Onion. Fry it well up-to it will look light brown. Now add Garlic & Ginger paste. Add some little Turmeric Powder & Salt as required. Keep fry for more 2 to 3 minutes. When this masala will look gravy add all fried vegetables. Keep it like this with slow gas. Let the vegetables boil well. In between cut pannier into small pieces. Put it with the fried vegetables. Mix it well & leave it in boiling Condition. Prepare Cashew paste and add this with the dish.
