Vitamin E helps for good blood Circulation in scalp areas. Better blood Circulation means more chance to get healthy hairs. With your regular diet add Vitamin E rich foods. Do consult you family doctor & purchase some quality Vitamin E oils. Use it for you Scalp area. It helps in better hair growth & to generate new hairs.
B Family Vitamins help to generate melanin to keep natural color for your hair. Growth in Melanin prevents hairs from early white. For more B family Vitamins eat food like beef/mutton, chicken, pork/ham, fish, egg, milk, cheese.

Use Amla & Shikakai powder to make a paste. Apply this to your hair. Leave it on for a few minutes and wash properly. Amla & Shikakai helps to thicker the Hairs.
Massage Almond Oil
Massage your hair with almond oil before shampooing. This method improves blood circulation and also helps in to achieve soft and smooth hair.
