How to write a Cover Letter?

Cover Letter has 4 sections. Top section is called header. In this section you need to provide your Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Phone Number & Email ID. Keep highlight your Contact Information bold or big. Just below this information add Employer Contact Information if you have. The next section is Salutation. Here just put “Dear [HR Manager Name],”. Don’t forget to put a comma in the end of Salutation. Next is body. Here you need to put three paragraphs. In first paragraph Mention the job you’re applying for and where you found the job listing. In middle paragraphs discuss about your qualifications. And the key points why the Company will choose you. How you are best fit for their requirements. In third paragraph. Don’t forget to thank them for their time. Last section of Cover letter is your Signature. Try to keep you Cover Letter only one A4 page.
