Now a Day Hair Loss is a Common problem to our young generation. Hair loss happens due to many reasons like extra Tension, Loss of Vitamins & Proteins, using bleaching content based water to wash your hairs, using bad comb to comb your hair roughly, excessive heat, dust pollution, prolonged illness, heredity etc. To prevent hair loss we have to careful more. In this article I am presenting the best tips to prevent your hair fall. Hope this will help you for your better & healthy hair growth.

1. Root Cause of hair loss is heavy tension, try to avoid tension. Do practice some meditation to balance you unwanted tensions. Stay happy & tension free. Be social, it helps for stress free living.

2. Take vitamins like Vitamin A, Vitamin E & B family Vitamins.

Vitamin A acts like an Anti-oxidant of sebum in scalp. It protects bacterias or fungus to grow in your scalp. For more Vitamin A eat Carrots, Sweet Potatoes, Red Pepper, Mangoes, Mustard Greens.

Vitamin E helps for good blood Circulation in scalp areas. Better blood Circulation means more chance to get healthy hairs. With diet, Do consult you family doctor & purchase some Vitamin E oils. Use it for you Scalp area. It helps more to generate hair growth.

B family Vitamins help to generate melanin to keep natural color for your hair. For more B family Vitamins eat food like beef/mutton, chicken, pork/ham, fish, egg, milk, cheese.

3. Use hot oil Massage.

Take some natural oil like Coconut oil or consult your doctor for some better hair oil. Heat it up-to 30 to 40 degree Celsius. Take it in a pot & start massage this hot oil in your scalp area softly. After massage Leave it for 2 hrs. Then wash it properly with Good Shampoo.

4. Take any one from Garlic, Onion or Ginger. Grind it in a mixer. Then Rub this paste in your scalp area before a hour in-to bed (At Night). At morning Wash it clearly. Dry your hair & massage some Vitamin E oil gently.

5. Take more protein based foods. Like egg, diary foods, ground nuts etc. Fish makes any diet healthy, salmon is the fish for hair.This oily fish is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin B12 and iron. It help in hair Growth.

6. Do not wash hair with hot water for the very same reason, always use cold water or water at room temperature. Dry and frizzy hair when you walk out of the shower is the indication that the water was too hot for your hair. Never brush wet hair.

7. Avoid rubbing your hairs hard.

8. Avoid excess indulgence in alcohol, cigarettes and other drugs. Say no to junk foods.

9. Consume raw vegetables & salads on a daily basis.

10. Drink a lot of water and stay hydrated.

11. If you are using Colors for your hair, try to avoid chemicals. Prefer to use natural or herbal products.

12. Aloe Vera juice is very effective to prevent hair loss. Take the leaves of Aloe Vera. Massage this well to your scalp area. Its better if you do this once a week.

13. Use Amla & Shikakai powder to make a paste. Apply this to your hair. Leave it on for a few minutes and wash properly.

14. Massage your hair with almond oil before shampooing. This method improves blood circulation and also helps in to achieve soft and smooth hair.
